homework take two

So I have two papers that are due by no later then 9:30 tonight!  So I am missing book club...didn't finish this months book anyway.  Cutting for Stone.  It is a good book just haven't been able to get enough time to finish reading it.   Well that and I read the Shack instead.  OOPS! 


1st paper Leaders as Motivators - Done!
2nd paper Leading and Managing conflict resolution - Not done but hey it can't be that hard right?
These along with my teams portions will all be compiling a generic "Leaders Handbook".  Maybe this handbook will be of use someday to someone.

Homework....seriously!

Sitting her tonight trying to garner enough motivation to write a paper that is due...you guess it tonight but no later then tomorrow night.  I have no motivation at all.  Since attempting to return to normal life I have been struggling.  Tonight is no different.  Hank and I were able to get his homework done, it was exhausting.  He is still awake which is why I am not getting anything done.  I NEED to figure out our "new" normal somehow and quickly!

Life has to go on...somehow.....

No time to blog....

I just thought about something as I logged on so I could view others blog posts. I am not blogging lately because I have been too busy LIVING this life. Hank and I are constantly on the go but are enjoying it as we go. Sparkles is doing a little better. Although we are on Crate number 3 for her she is now at least "in" the crate when we get home. I will update again when I have time and add some pictures.

Trying to catch up.

I am attempting to create a few posts tonight that I can then add some pictures to tomorrow night and update on our crazy life! We have been having so much fun doing things that I have not had the time to sit down and update. Summer will probably be just as bad! So updates should be posted soon with pictures of Ski, Disneyland, Graduation, Volunteering for Disney world tickets, Junior Ranger, Red Rock Ranger, Sparkles and more!

Annual Ski trip...finally

We are finally going skiing tomorrow! Hank's boots do NOT fit, his skis are too short, but his poles still work. Oh and his helmet and goggles are still good to go! Good thing we can go rent the other stuff. I will post pictures and do another update on everything else soon.

Out of Peanut Butter - Sad

I went to make a sandwich and I am almost out of Peanut Butter. Now the right answer would be "add it to the grocery list and busy some". But I got to thinking, when was the last time I bought peanut butter. I would have to admit that I have not personally purchased peanut butter in probably 10 years. Which in turn made me realize how I usually obtain peanut butter. Grandpa B and his Costco trips. There are no more Costco trips for Grandpa B. Guess I now have to go buy my own peanut butter, but I will always miss the Costco shopping trips out of the back of Grandpa's van. Wonder what else I will run out of....Toilet bowl cleaner, kitchen cleaners..

So now tonight instead of focusing on writing my paper for school I am consumed with reminiscing about the changes as life keeps going forward.
